The final vitesse race of the 2024 season from Charlevilles Meziere, a distance of 297 km, faced some challenging conditions. Due to rain, the pigeons were released late at 14:15. The strong southwesterly wind was unfavorable for the Eijerkamp-Paalman pigeons given the location of their loft, which made achieving top positions difficult. However, such is the nature of pigeon racing.

A total of 46 pigeons were entered, with 29 making it into the results list. Despite the challenging conditions, the team secured respectable positions in CC7, competing against 1,165 pigeons:
