Homma Brothers claim three major wins in 2025 with Eijerkamp Pigeons
The brothers Ydo and Elco Homma from Steggerda are having a phenomenal season so far, already boasting several impressive victories. Once again, they hit the jackpot with a double provincial win on the lightning-fast race from Luyksgestel, where, led by their first and second nominated birds, they left the entire competition of 9,798 pigeons far behind. The birds were released at 7:05 a.m., and at 8:38:17, ‘Mara’ was clocked in, outpacing everyone in Section Friesland with a speed of 1,978.674 meters per minute.

This yearling ultimately won 3. Provincial against 18,837 pigeons. As mentioned, she is a daughter of top breeder ‘Charley"Charley" (NL20-1085782NL20-1085782), a son of ‘Crack 19’ from A&B Leideman. The mother of this winning hen is none other than Jayden"Jayden", a top hen who won 1. Niergnies against 5,000 pigeons and had 4x 2nd prize, narrowly beaten twice by loftmates.
