Superb Team Eijerkamp wins 5. National La Chatre against 7.634 pigeons

Again in Belgium a National race was held today with a total of 12,267 old birds and yearlings released from La Châtre and for Team Eijerkamp in Pulderbos the distance was 554 km. 

One of the standout performances came from this super yearling hen, bred by Andre Roodhooft and raced by Oliver Sabol, "Catharina" BE-25-616422125-6164221 claimed a superb 5. National La Chatre against 7,634 pigeons and 5. fastest from 12,267 pigeons (Old Birds and Yearlings), 1. National Zone B2 against 1,170 pigeons and 1. Provincial against 1,080 pigeons racing the 554 km course at an average speed of 1,258 metres per minute, Catharina once again proved her outstanding class against one of the strongest national fields of the season being also 5. fastest of the 12,267 pigeons released.

This result is even more impressive considering her performance just one week earlier. Racing from Tours (511 km), Catharina had already finished an excellent 29th National, confirming her remarkable consistency and top condition. To achieve two top national performances on consecutive weekends is a clear sign of exceptional quality. 

After winning 1. National Argenton 564km. with Belgian Dream B24-6178333B24-6178333, fastest from almost 38.000 pigeons, we keep on winning National Prizes here in our first season in Belgium. We basketed for 7 National Races and we won 6 times 1. National Zone B2.
