Wolfgang Heinz plays a crucial, albeit quiet, role as a partner to Peter and Jörg Pentzin. He maintains a loft exclusively for breeding pigeons, supplying the Pentzins with top-tier birds like "Champus 606". The breeding prowess of "Champus 606" is evident, as he was sired by Elzinga’s NL21-1450655, a descendant of "Prins Esmee", a two-time NPO winner.
The mother, NL20-1249686NL20-1249686 "Desire", comes directly from H. and E.J. Eijerkamp, and is a pure Leo Heremans-Ceusters, stemming from "Blue" and "Dollie". "Blue" is a son of the renowned Lichte Blauwe"Lichte Blauwe", a prominent descendant of the legendary "Olympiade 003", while "Dollie" is a daughter of the Nieuwe Olympiade"Nieuwe Olympiade" paired with a daughter of Barend J."Barend J." and Uniek"Uniek". The Nieuwe Olympiade"Nieuwe Olympiade" became an Olympiad pigeon for Leo Heremans and was purchased for a significant sum by Hans and Evert-Jan Eijerkamp during its total sale in 2013. At their Brummen lofts, the Nieuwe Olympiade"Nieuwe Olympiade" proved to be a phenomenal breeder, with its descendants continuing to make a mark in the pigeon racing world.
Pedigree winner
Just this past weekend, the Eijerkamp lofts in Brummen celebrated another victory, winning 1. Maaseik against 3,484 pigeons with NL24-8207451NL24-8207451. This winner was bred from "Blue Magic", one of the top sons of the Nieuwe Olympiade"Nieuwe Olympiade".
This latest triumph is yet another testament to the exceptional breeding power of the Leo Heremans-Ceusters pigeons, which remain a sought-after crossbreeding stock and continue to achieve global success.
