Eijerkamp pigeons perform extremely well on one loft races

1. Black Sea One Loft Race 2016 H. and E.J. Eijerkamp

The final race of the Black Sea One Loft Race was flown today. We stood at the start line with 9 pigeons. Leading up to the final all went well for us, various pigeons managed to fly well and get home, which naturally is a top requirement in order to participate in the final race.
The conditions were often on the tough side, warm weather and a terrain that is quite different than that of our flat country.
The final race was flown from a distance of 505 km and it is at these distances that our Eijerkamp-van Loon pigeons excel, which they again demonstrated today.
 
A new pearl was added to the crown of top results on one loft races as our NL16-1254236NL16-1254236 was the pigeon to break the tape at the finish line of the Black Sea One Loft Race.
This pigeon descends from brothers to Fabio"Fabio" and Don Leo"Don Leo" and has an injection of  25% Heremans-Ceusters blood lines, on the mothers sid.
A super result with which we are very happy and again confirms that our Eijerkamp-van Loon pigeons have the capacity for flying for some very exceptional performances.
 
Our second NL16-1254257NL16-1254257 (out of a brother to Claudio Ché"Claudio Ché") was 20^th which was still a very good classification.
 
The third pigeon was NL16-1254741NL16-1254741 a pigeon whose father is a pigeon out of the best from Joke and Martin Geven and the mother is bred out of the New Euro"New Euro" x Olympic Vivian"Olympic Vivian".
