Eijerkamp Pigeons Impress Again in Egypt: ‘Queen Nefertiti’ and ‘087’ succesful Derby Aal Nagib Royal Wings Over the Desert: Eijerkamp Pigeons Soar in Egypt’s Derby Aal Nagib

The Derby Aal Nagib in Egypt, one of the most prestigious one loft races
in the region, has proven once more to be fertile ground for the excellence
of Eijerkamp pigeons. Among the 3,493 pigeons that started this
demanding series, two of our stars have risen to the top after six tough races.
Race 6 took place on 15.04.2025 and the pigeon had to fly 420 km. back home.
Queen Nefertiti (NL24-8208888NL24-8208888): Royalty in the Sky

Nicknamed Queen Nefertiti, daughter of "Dragon Hans",
this exceptional hen lives up to her majestic name,
inspired by ancient Egyptian royalty. Just like the powerful
queens of old – wise, graceful and commanding –
Queen Nefertiti is taking the skies by storm, won 7. Prize
in race 6 and she’s now 5. Ace Pigeon after six races.
Her recent top performance in the 420 km race is
another jewel in her crown, showing her class, stamina
and racing instinct. The name Nefertiti refers to beauty
and strength, competing in the land of the pharaohs,
she flies with royal presence, through the deserts
where ancient kings once ruled.

‘087’ (NL24-8209087NL24-8209087): The Silent Force
Right alongside Queen Nefertiti is her stablemate ‘087’,
currently ranked 3rd Ace Pigeon after six races.
In race 6 she won the 38. Prize.
This hen (Spargus NL21-1669042NL21-1669042 x Honda Felicia II NL21-1668549NL21-1668549)
may fly without the royal title, but its performance speaks volumes:
consistent, powerful, and precise.
087 has quietly built a strong reputation, flying with heart
and reliability in every stage. A true example of what the
Eijerkamp bloodlines stand for: quality, intelligence, and fighting spirit.

Flying in the Land of History
Racing in Egypt adds an extra layer of meaning. Against a backdrop
of pyramids, deserts, and thousands of years of history, our pigeons
rise to the challenge. Where once chariots raced across the sands,
now pigeons from all over the world battle for glory.
Eijerkamp pigeons continue to write modern history in the world
of racing pigeons – and this year’s Derby Aal Nagib is shaping up
to be another chapter worth remembering.

Stay tuned for more updates as the final races approach.
Can Queen Nefertiti and 087 hold their top positions.
One thing is certain: the skies over Egypt haven’t seen such excitement
since the days of the pharaohs.
